About Us

Bobby and Carrie met in March 2007 in Austin, Texas, when Bobby was attending Undergraduate Pilot Training at Laughlin AFB in Del Rio, Texas and Carrie was attending the University of Texas. After a short time in Phoenix, Arizona, Bobby and Carrie had their first home together in Salt Lake City, Utah (where Bobby was a part of the 421 Fighter Squadron and Carrie started and finished her short career as an architect.) Their (almost) 3 year stint in Salt Lake City was good to them — Carrie and Bobby were married in Austin in March 2010, they enjoyed lots of skiing, made some excellent friends, and Carrie graduated with a second bachelor’s degree in nursing. 2011 brought even more excitement when Bobby was notified that he was selected as an Olmsted Scholar!
